The Artwork and Design of Ari Lazer.

Inspired by the harmony of nature. Ari has been exploring and teaching the art of Sacred Geometry for a decade, inviting artists and practitioners to use the proportions of the natural world to make their everyday lives better, richer and more robust.

An interdisciplinary artist and educator, Ari has presented work in conjunction with a wide variety of organizations and art festivals on the west coast, including the Vancouver Art Gallery, the Vancouver International Folk Festival, Beloved, Blessed Coast, Burning Man, Bass Coast, and many, many others.

From the earliest, Ari has been inspired by the forms of nature, and uses his art practice to invite the viewer into conversation with the patterns that underlie our world.

In his work leading the Sacred Light Design Co. he is inspired to bring the exploration of geometric pattern in wood, into a contemporary design context – creating fine art, lighting, and custom installations for homes and businesses.

Working with both traditional tools , and modern CNC technology, Lazer is inspired to create a conversation of old an new, to creating timeless custom works of art that are all their own.

Based on Salt Spring Island, BC, Lazer’s studio serves a wide range of clients.  From start to finish design projects to transform a home or business, to stand alone artwork – it is the unique design sense of Lazer’s work that sets its apart.
